Delete your Feynly account

What is deleted

After we verify and process your request, we delete:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials for Feynly;
• Study materials and related metadata you created in the app (including extracted text and generated study tools);
• Any original uploaded files you elected to retain; and
• Device notification identifiers associated with your account.

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, or until ordinary backup rotation completes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

1. In the app: open Settings > Privacy & data > Delete my account, then confirm.
2. By email (no install required): send a message from the email address on your Feynly account to support@feynly.app with the subject line “Account deletion request,” and confirm that you want permanent deletion. We use the matching account email to verify ownership.

We will process a verified deletion request and delete the associated personal information within 30 days of receiving it. Some information may persist for a short additional period in routine encrypted backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis, and in records we are required to keep by law.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Feynly account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself. Manage or cancel billing in Google Play subscription settings.
