Delete your Feynly account

This permanently removes your account, study data, and any retained uploaded files. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your app_user profile, all owned study data, device tokens, and any retained R2 originals.

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers (via Supabase Auth).
• Study content: notes, uploaded documents/images/PDFs, extracted text, generated flashcards, mind maps, and related study metadata you create in the app.
• Original uploaded files retained in Cloudflare R2 (Pro opt-in), if any.
• Device tokens (push notification tokens).

How to request deletion

You may delete your account without needing to keep the app installed afterward:

1. In the app: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.
2. By email (no install required): send a deletion request from the email address on your Feynly account toprivacy@feynly.app(or support@feynly.app). Include the subject line “Account deletion request” and confirm you want permanent deletion.
