By using Feynly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Feynly helps you turn study materials into flashcards, quizzes, guides, and other learning tools using AI. AI-generated content may be wrong — always verify important facts against your sources.
Eligibility
Feynly is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. Keep them secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Pro features require an active Google Play subscription managed through RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, and refunds follow Google Play policies. Introductory pricing and trials are described at purchase time.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass quotas or entitlements, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse AI endpoints.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Feynly's brand, UI, and software remain our property.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
